
After finishing a grueling New Balance Pacesetters 15km a month ago without much preparations I decided to put the half marathon attempt behind settle for a 10km instead. The DOMS was bad, needless to say but I wouldn't want to risk injuring my left arch again. 10km is a much more comfortable run and I could do it at a much relaxed pace. Probably this time I'll work on a PB and try to finish it within an hour.
